Identity Rise Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the service we have provided and do not feel that we tried our very best, then Identity Rise refund policy will provide you with a full refund for the first month of your subscription.
To request a refund, please message us through our Livechat channel or via email to your account manager. our policy lasts 30 days from the date your subscription started. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To complete your refund, we will require the email you signed up with. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within four to six working days.
If you haven’t received a refund within seven working days, first please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us
